Hello Wonderful Readers!
I got back from Tampa on Sunday morning. The weekend left me sleep deprived but, it was an enjoyable weekend. I’m glad I went. I always enjoy a good African party and hanging out with old friends. I finally caught up on my sleep today and, now, its back to reality. I just turned in a report on Monday for my Human Nutrition class and had a midterm quiz in Organic chemistry lab. I have 4 exams before next Wednesday evening. So, it’s time to hit the books, unfortunately. Next week is also homecoming weekend. Since, I normally don’t go to homecoming, I am contemplating going home on Thursday afternoon.
Speaking of getting back on track, my diet is back on track too because my diet this past weekend was horrendous. It was filled with junk: candy, Ihop,TGI Fridays, chips, etc. I’m pretty sure I overate because it was hours before I ate my one meal a day. I usually eat 3-5 times a day depending on how busy I am. Even if I do decide to fast, I do not break it with really unhealthy, unplanned fast food. I don’t feel that guilty about it though because getting back on track was not a problem and I knew I was going to break my diet last weekend. I was already mentally prepared and I did a lot of dancing(and not the lazy kind either, i.e. just moving side to side for hours).
Well, anyways, it was nice talking to you all again. I have to go read my psych textbook so I can take my quest (Quiz + Test) that’s due today.
