Hello My People!
So it seems like I am only good at posting on Wednesdays. This may lead me to start doing my second post on a different day instead of Saturdays. I will think about it and see which day gives me the most leeway to post. It’s probably Sundays but, we’ll see.
Anyways, I had a wonderful time back home. I didn’t do anything special but, it was just the fact that I finally got to relax and sleep after a lot of stressful weeks. I wasn’t ready to come back on Sunday. I ended up slumping around on Monday because I was still on vacation mode. I had to get back to business mode on Tuesday of course because I had work and I had to take care of my responsibilities for my organization since I’m in charge of this week. Luckily, I have no exams this week. Yay!
Lately, I have been so tired when I come home or just unwilling to wake up. I need to rest more. I took a four day break from my strength training. Maybe that’s why. I don’t really know. My body is trying to get used to working again. I admit that I also may have been under eating while at home. That tends to happen because I can never really find healthy food in the refrigerator at home so I end up barely eating or over eating. There is never a midway point for me. I really need to work on that. That is part of the reason why I enjoy living on my own sometimes because I can control what’s in my fridge.
Good news is that I didn’t loose any of my progress muscle wise (that I can see). I still look the same, if not better.
