Mini Mid-Week Update

Hello My Lovely Readers!!

I fell off my diet last night! I ate a lot of mini Snicker bars and I had a frosty. Sadly, there were a lot of things that contributed to this. Number one, I’m running out of healthy food and I haven’t got my paycheck yet. I get on Friday so, I will not be able to grocery shop until Monday with all the other things I have to do this weekend. Number two, I’m stressed. I have so many meetings and things to book for my organization’s event next week. I had a paper due, and one exam already. I have another exam on Friday morning. I just can’t wait until this week and next week is over. All stressful things in life just like to wait for the same moment to occur. I eat when I’m stressed. Usually, I’d eat an apple or something but, I ran out on Monday. Anyways, I’m going to try and get back on board today. Falling off is not so important as getting back on the wagon. So far, it has been good but the problems usually start towards the end of the day. I’m a night eater. I’ll keep you all updated. This is just a short midweek update on my life. Now, back to studying for Microbio.
